Emily Paik is an illustrator based in South Korea, living with her sister and two dogs, Tofu and Doona. Being an artist was her dream job ever since she was a kid. With her mother’s encouragement and support, she was able to pursue her passion in art by taking drawing classes in art academies and schools. After graduating from Columbus College of Art and Design with a BFA in illustration, she worked on various animation projects including Netflix series "Carmen San Diego" and Lyft's "June" project as a prop designer and worked with Mini Cooper Korea on their event UNITED ads. Emily also participated in gallery shows at Gallery Nucleus and Q pop Gallery in Los Angeles. She gets inspired by the colours and shapes of nature, her dogs, fashion, and cute desserts. And in her free time, she loves to binge watch shows, and go on adventures with her dogs and her camera.
