Isabelle Mae Duffy
Isabelle Mae Duffy was born in Sydney in 2000 but grew up exploring the world and experiencing many different cultures as her family moved around a lot. She has lived in Malaysia, Thailand, the United States, England, and Singapore. Mae is now back in Australia where she is hoping to stay. Through her travels, art has always been a big part of her life and she taught herself how to draw at an early age. Since then Mae has developed her skills and indulged her passion for illustration and animation by getting a Bachelor of Design in Animation in 2021. She loves sketching with traditional mediums such as graphite and colour pencils and enjoys finishing illustrations digitally. Her work focuses a lot on creating expressive and meaningful characters accompanied by colourful palettes. When Mae’s not creating art, she loves spending time with family and friends, being outdoors by the beach, or trying new foods (especially anything sweet.
